Ingredients

6ozCrucolo
4ozPiave
5tcorn starch
2cdry white wine (pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc)

Instructions

- Toss shredded cheese with cornstarch to coat
- Heat wine to a boil decrease heat to medium add cheese by handful melting between each handful
- Heat til bubbly
- Transfer to Fondue Pot
