Description
The Sandy Butler invites you to try Sally's Italian Cheese Fondue recipe.
Ingredients
| 6 | oz | Fontina |
| 6 | oz | Crucolo |
| 4 | oz | Piave |
| 5 | t | corn starch |
| 2 | c | dry white wine (pinot grigio or sauvignon blanc) |
Instructions
- Toss shredded cheese with cornstarch to coat
- Heat wine to a boil decrease heat to medium add cheese by handful melting between each handful
- Heat til bubbly
- Transfer to Fondue Pot
