The Pensato Olive Grove nestles amongst the gently sloping Apulian hills: once the abode of Frederic II. It is within these surroundings, on this mixed land, that only the very best olives ripen. The Peranzana is the most well known: a juicy olive with a firm pulp containing oil of a particularly high quality. The olives are handpicked the moment they are ripe and then specially selected, cleaned and cold pressed in pink granite mills in accordance with the age-old tradition. This is how they obtain the precious extra virgin olive oil: easily digestible, absolutely delicious!
