Pensato Metal Label Balsamic 8 year

The balsamic is made with 100% Trebbiano grapes that are hand harvested. The musts are slowly cooked then aged in the traditional way in French oak, juniper, raspberry, chestnut, mulberry and cherry wood barrels. Some of the barrels used in this process are over 100 years old.
